Here you will find more information about the different people that the students of Jackson High School elected to office. If you don't even know who we people are, how will you know if we're doing a good job or not?

This is exactly why the Class of 2003 has built this page. We want every student of JHS to know exactly who their leaders are. That way, if any student is unhappy, he/she knows exactly who to complain to! Remember, we officers are here only to meet your needs.

If you would like to speak to any of these people, contact Mrs. Montgomery, the class advisor, or an officer of the Class of 2003, and we will try to get you in touch with the person you'd like to speak with. Of course, you can always meet the officer yourself! Either way is fine with us.

ASB Officers

ASB Officers are the leaders of the ASB, or Associated Student Body. The ASB governs the entire school in many different kinds of ways, including clubs, funds, and some activities. In order to participate in a club, ASB-funded activity, or a sport, a student MUST purchase an ASB card. The ASB card makes that person an official member of the ASB.

Jordan Hamm, ASB President
Cara Carrubba, ASB Vice-President
Kim Carlburg, ASB Secretary
Kristin Bergsagel, ASB Treasurer
Stefanie Lochrie, ASB Activities Coordinator
Lyndsay Hartje, Wesco Interhigh Representative
Janine Jung, Wesco Interhigh Representative
Judi Montgomery, ASB Advisor (a.k.a. Supreme Majesty)

Class Officers and Congress

The highest governmental unit in the school is the ASB, but one notch below them are the Class Governments. Each class has a set of officers that organize and plan class fundraisers, spirit activities, special events, and many other things. Class officers also represent their classes in ASB Meetings. The real strengths of the Class Governments comes from the Congress. Each class selects 10 people to sit in ASB Meetings. The Congress members, along with the Class Officers, vote on important decisions that affect the entire school. Congress members also help out their classes in planning and organizing class activities.
