According to the JHS Constitution, it is the duty of the Class Secretary to keep accurate minutes of all class meetings. Likewise, it is also the duty of the ASB Secretary to keep accurate minutes of all ASB meetings.
In case you don't know, minutes are documents that say exactly what went on in a meeting. Minutes are a way for people to see what goes on in meetings, and they are also useful for looking back to see what exactly was decided or discussed in the past.
You will find here minutes from all Class of 2003 meetings, and some ASB meetings. We hope that by you knowing exactly what goes on in our meetings, you can have a better idea of exactly what we are doing to serve you.
If you have any questions of comments concerning these minutes, please feel free to e-mail us!
Well, school's just getting started, so we don't have minutes up yet. We will, though!
