The Elements of Style, by William Strunk, Jr.: This is the English style guide that EVERYONE knows about and uses. College professors, schoolteachers, writers, journalists and etc: everyone uses this book. Nothing compares to The Elements of Style. Don't write a single sentence without checking here first!
The Nuts and Bolts of College Writing: This is a colorful and fun guide to writing reasearch papers, essays and other important things. Extremely useful, but it takes a little while to load.
On-Line English Grammar: Grammar and style are two different things, but you can't have a good paper without both. This is a very straightforward guide to English grammar.
MLA Style: If your teachers wants a bibliography, chances are that he wants it in MLA format. Here you'll learn about MLA format, direct from the MLA people themselves!
The Cambridge History of English and American Literature: This 18-volume encyclopedia is the most important publication on English and American Literature ever. It took twelve years to put together, and includes essays, studies, biographies, and all sorts of stuff about English and American literature.

Lectures on European History: A very detailed site just about European History. A great site if you're in Sophomore World Cultures.
The Library of Congress presents America's Story: American history comes alive as the Library of Congress uses articles, photographs and other media to give you a more interesting side of American history.
The State Department's Outline of American History: Plain but extremely detailed American History site. It doesn't get much more bland than this.
HistoryLink- History of Seattle and King County: A lively site filled with the history of Seattle and King County.
AsiaSource: Huge site that deals ONLY with Asian history and culture. Many different kinds of articles make it interesting.
African Timelines: The site is a little messy, but has lots of info and links concerning African history, from before the Egyptians to modern times.
Latin American History: A brief overview of Latin American history. No pictures make it a little boring, but at least it loads fast!
The Constitution Society: This organization promotes the U.S. Constitution and fights against people who try to usurp it. It has lots of information about the Constitution and about government.

Interactive Mathematics Online: Offers lessons in different areas of high school math, including algebra, geometry, and trigonometry.
The Math and Physics Help Page: The title pretty much explains it all. This site is clean and has lots of funny articles, but most importantly, it gives you huge amounts of help on physics and math.
MindQuest- Science Resources: Offers links and info about different areas of math and science. It's a little messy.

The Christian Science Monitor: Don't let the name fool you! The Christian Science Monitor is known around the world as the most unbiased newspaper that is published today. It has a huge reputation for being fair and equal when writing its stories. The newspaper reports on world news, U.S. news, polititcs, and many other subjects.
The Everett Herald: The Everett Herald is the major newspaper of Snohomish County. It reports mostly on local news and issues, but also has many reports from around the country and the world.

A Student's Guide to Research with the World Wide Web: Don't go anywhere without checking out this site first. It has many tips and suggestions about researching on the Internet, and also some links, too.
Robert's Rules of Order: The ASB is supposed to being conducting meetings according to parliamentary procedure. That's quite a term, isn't it. You can find out more about it here.
